Steve Sargent, Director of Recycling
Steve Sargent is the director of Rumpke Recycling at Rumpke Consolidated Companies, Inc. Steve has more than 20 years of experience in the recycling industry.
Steve earned his bachelor’s degree in business management from Mt. Vernon Nazarene University (Ohio). He graduated a member of Delta Mu Delta, National Business Honorary. Steve is a member of the National Recycling Coalition and the Association of Ohio Recyclers. He serves as a Rumpke representative to the National Solid Wastes Management Association (NSWMA), and serves on the Ohio Department of Natural Resources and Litter Prevention Advisory Council and on the Logan Elm School Board in Circleville, Ohio. In his free time, Steve enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons.

Ben Pedigo, Recycling Sales Manager
Ben Pedigo is the recycling sales manager for Rumpke Recycling. He began his Rumpke Recycling career in 1993. Ben is a graduate of Vanderbilt University, past president of the Association of Ohio Recyclers and a contributing writer to Resource Recycling Magazine. |

David Schwendeman, Recycling Marketing Manager
David Schwendeman is the recycling marketing manager at Rumpke Recycling with more than 17 years experience in the recycling industry, during which he served as operations manager in a high grade packing plant and transfer station. David played an integral role in the development of Rumpke Recycling’s Material Recovery Facility (MRF) in Dayton, Ohio, along with the implementation and marketing of Rumpke Recycling’s Dayton Glass Plant. |

Ken Stidham, Corporate Recycling Manager
Ken Stidham is the corporate recycling manager for Rumpke Recycling. He works with the recycling plant managers to improve efficiencies while monitoring and reporting global operational and financial issues at the recycling plants. Ken also monitors and assists tire processing and clean-up projects, and he markets scrap tire material.
Ken has more than 18 years experience in the recycling industry. |

Harvey Cassidy, Circleville & Knox County (Ohio) Recycling Manager
Harvey Cassidy is the recycling operations manager for Rumpke Recycling’s facilities in Circleville and Knox County, Ohio. He began his recycling career in 1982 at PICCA Recycling, one of the largest non-profit recycling operations in Ohio. When Rumpke purchased PICCA Recycling in 1989, Harvey continued to manage the operations as a Rumpke employee.
Harvey served in the U.S. Army, where he worked in logistics and supply chain management, and he served 12 years in the Ohio National Guard. |

John Cochran, Mt. Vernon (Ohio) Asst. Recycling Manager
John Cochran is the assistant recycling plant manager for Rumpke Recycling’s Mount Vernon facilities. He worked for 18 years as a plant manager for a major beverage company before joining Rumpke in March 2012. John has played an integral role in developing the Mt. Vernon Recycling Buy-Back and Drop-Off centers. |

Brad Dunn, Cincinnati Recycling Operations Manager
Brad Dunn is the recycling operations manager in Rumpke Recycling's Cincinnati Market. He adds more than 12 years experience in the waste and recycling industry and 25 years experience in management.
Brad studied at Cincinnati Tech in the design engineering program. |

Bret Imler, Chillicothe Recycling Manager
Bret Imler is the recycling manager for Rumpke Recycling’s Chillicothe operation as well as the Chillicothe transfer station. He has been with Rumpke since 2005. Rumpke Recycling in Chillicothe operates a public buy-back center, which offers paybacks for scrap metal, aluminum cans and other household recycling. |

Monty Napier is the manager of Rumpke's Richland County Recycling & Transfer Facility, which is located near Mansfield, Ohio. He has served as the manager for more than a decade with nearly 20 years experience in the waste and recycling industry. |

Terry Parker, Columbus Recycling Operations Manager
Terry Parker is the recycling operations manager for Rumpke Recycling’s facility in Columbus, Ohio. Prior to joining the Columbus facility in 2008, he worked as an assistant plant manager at Rumpke Recycling’s Cincinnati facility. Terry joined Rumpke Recycling in 1995. |

David Quaife, Louisville Recycling Division Manager
David Quaife is the division manager at Rumpke Recycling’s operation in Louisville, Ky. David began working for Rumpke in December 2007. He has more than 20 years of management experience including 15 years in recycling and safety. David served in the Navy as a jet engine mechanic on the flight deck of an aircraft carrier. He enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.

Stewart Studer, Garland (Texas) In-Plant Services Manager
Stewart Studer is the in-plant services manager for a facility in Garland, Texas. He began working for Rumpke Recycling in 2006 as an in-plant services manager in Mt. Sterling, Ohio. Prior to joining Rumpke Recycling, Stewart attended Purdue University and worked in the food service industry for 15 years as a transportation manager.

Ann also worked with Rumpke’s Cincinnati sales department on new sales and account retention. |

Rich Simon, Compactor & Recycling Sales
Rich Simon is a compactor & recycling sales representative for Rumpke Recycling’s Central Ohio Market. He adds more than seven years of recycling industry experience to the Rumpke Recycling team. Rich has served as operation’s assistant, plant superintendent, account representative, general manager and regional procurement manager for the purchasing of industrial plactics for recycling.
Rich graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.A. in urban geography.
Chris Pierce, Recycling Sales Representative
Chris Pierce is the recycling sales representative for Rumpke Recycling in Louisville, Ky. and Southern Indiana. Understanding that recycling is often unchartered water for buseinesses, schools and organizations, Chris provides the knowledge and experience to help customers navigate their path to sustainability. Chris works closely with customers to create customized recycling programs that generate value and synergy. Chris is a member of the Seymour Chamber of Commerce Recycling and Environmental Committee. He earned an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University, where he served as class president. |
